"How do I access my course?"
To access your course you will need to create an account at/before checkout or create an account after checkout using the same email you used to purchase. You can do this by clicking the icon on the left hand side of your device and scrolling down to "Create An Account"
Once logged in, click here to access your course and start learning.
Digital Downloads Help
This section is applicable for all e-books, journals and guided meditations (excluding the courses). Creating an account for these products is not necessary as your downloads are sent immediately to your email.
“I can’t find the email confirmation with my download.”
In most cases your download should be in your primary inbox or in junk/spam. Please check here to make sure you have it.
Still can't find your download email?
Customers frequently misspell their email address by accident at checkout which means their download is sent to the wrong email. If this is the case for you and you haven’t received your PDF or audio file yet, and you've also checked spam, send us an email. It is our mission to make sure you get what you purchased and we want to limit any unnecessary delays or inconveniences

"I've already purchased but I no longer want my order so I'd like a refund."
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of all products on our site we cannot refund customers for any circumstance. This refund policy applies to all payment parties including out of website sales or/and third party payment.
